By submitting Personal Information to us via this website, other websites (e.g. job boards, where our adverts will always reference and link to this Privacy Policy) or directly/unsolicited (e.g. via email or post) you are agreeing to the Terms set out in this Privacy Policy.

The Company will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary. Different laws require us to keep different data for different periods of time.
The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, require us to keep work-seeker records for at least one year from (a) the date of their creation or (b) after the date on which we last provide you with job / work-finding services.
Where the Company has obtained your consent to process your personal data, we will do so in line with our retention policy which is to retain your personal data for three years. Upon expiry of that period the Company will cease to process your personal data.
